CAPTAIN POSTION

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION

(candidates MUST submit supporting documents in a PDF FORMAT ONLY, photos of documents will NOT be accepted)

 

Candidates must be at least 18 years old

Candidates must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent

Candidates must have a Valid Missouri driver’s license with no suspensions, revocations, or any other significant moving violations within the last five (5) years and provide a copy

Candidates must complete and sign Nixa Fire District Employment Application

Resume and letters of recommendation (optional)

Submit Formal Education Diplomas

Candidate must pass a Background Investigation (due to the nature of public safety)

Candidate Must Pass Drug Testing

Candidate Must Pass Pre-Employment Physical
