TESTING REQUIRMENTS
Candidates must pass Tri-State Alliance testing process and be current on the qualification list; visit
www.tsfra.com.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION
(candidates MUST submit supporting documents in a PDF FORMAT ONLY, photos of documents will NOT be accepted)
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old
- Candidates must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent and provide a copy
- Candidates must have a Valid Missouri driver’s license with no suspensions,
revocations, or any other significant moving violations within the last five (5) years and provide a copy
- Candidates must pass a Driver's License Check
- IFSAC or Missouri DFS FF I & II Certifications and provide a copy
- Missouri EMT-B or EMT-P license; please include PALS and ACLS

- Resume and letters of recommendation (optional)
- Formal education diplomas
- Must pass a Background Investigation (due to the nature of public safety as a firefighter)
- Must pass Drug Screen
- Must pass Pre-Employment Physical
- Must have vision sufficient to operate hand and power tools; and conduct patient evaluations; read video monitors, gauges, maps, SOPs, rules regulations, and training documents
